Important: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unworn, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return request must be made within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, and with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective footwear
  • Any items that are not in their original condition
  • Items purchased during final sale or special promotion events

Return Process

  1. Submit Return Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request using the template provided below.
  2. Receive Authorization: Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original box, including all tags and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style:

  1. Follow the same process as outlined for returns
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange and specify your preferred alternative item
  3. If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  4. If the exchange item is of lower value, you’ll receive a refund for the difference

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund Timeframe: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
