Returns & Exchanges Policy

Important Policy Details

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be in original condition: unworn, undamaged, with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase (order number) required

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sandals showing any signs of wear or that have been tried on without protective footwear
  • Any items not in their original condition
  • Items purchased during final sale or special promotion events

Return Process – Step by Step

  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Confirmation that the item is in original condition

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely package the item in its original box with all tags, documentation, and original packaging included.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Step 5: Confirmation & Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 2-3 business days.

Exchange Process

To exchange your item for a different size or style:

  • Follow the same process as outlined for returns
  • Clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange
  • Specify your preferred alternative item
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, you’ll receive a refund for the difference
